Terms of Service

By using Mahfuz IT services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Mahfuz IT provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. Project scope and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

2. Payments

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Mahfuz IT retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details confidential unless written consent is given.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mahfuz IT is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of delivered products beyond the contract value.
